WEDDING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

PAYMENT

Horrell/Robinson Wedding Photographer: Shelley Roberts

1. A wedding at The Mudcastle is confirmed with the payment of the venue hire fee as a deposit.

2. This deposit is non refundable unless we are able to replace the booking.
3. The balance of the wedding payment is required on departure from the premises the following day unless alternative arrangements have been made in advance.
4. Acceptable methods of payment are cash, cheque, EFTPOS and credit card (Visa or Mastercard). Please note that there is a 1.5% surcharge if it is intended that the entire wedding account is to be paid by credit card.

OUR SPECIAL CONDITIONS

1. No smoking inside, especially in the bedrooms.

2. Children must be supervised at all times.

3. All guests must be advised that fine high heels (ie. less than 25mm) may not be worn inside on the clay and wooden floors. For those who forget and arrive with shoes that will make holes in the floor, the problem is easily overcome with the shoes being kicked off at the door. These guests often comment that they are the ones with no blisters at the end of the night!
