WEDDING VENUE ACCESSORIES

- the practical requirements of a sit down wedding reception.

 If this is not the style of wedding reception you are planning, not all of these may be required. 

Tables

- 13x 1.2m circular tables (seating up to 8 guests maximum)
- 4x 1.8m and 2 x 2.4m trestles used as the Top Table and Buffet Tables.
- The spa pool top in the Bar is generally used as the Present Table.

- 116x Black padded foldup chairs with rounded back rest

(Width of back rest 44cm at widest point, length from the top of the back rest to the floor 78cm, measurements of the seat 38cm wide x 39 cm deep)

 

- 48x Black padded four legged stackable chairs with tapered back rest

(Width of back rest 39cm at widest point, tapering to 30cm at the top, length from the top of the back rest to the floor 82cm, measurements of the seat 44cm wide x 37 cm deep) 

- Cream chair pads are added to all chairs for additional comfort.

- White or Cream plain or Cream patterned circular and trestle cloths.

Serviettes

- Cream or White linen serviettes, flat folded OR
- Any two colours of paper serviettes folded in a fold of your choice eg. Green and Gold in a double waterlily, Blue and Silver in a sailing clipper fold etc.

A flat charge of $12.00 per person incl GST is made for use of this supply and includes all setting up of these items in the Banqueting Turret.

 

If you are having fingerfood platters served prior to the reception, you may prefer Gold or Silver ricepaper cocktail serviettes @ .30c per person, Cream or Black paper cocktail serviettes @.25c per person or White, Green, Red or Blue paper cocktail serviettes @ .20c per person.


We can arrange for any additional requirements eg. chairs able to be used outside at no additional cost to you than if you arranged the hire yourself. Set up cost is extra and delivery/pickup fees may apply.
