Phase Four will be a third turret and connecting wall planned for the opposite side of the main house and this will eventually become Kevin and Glenys' private quarters. However, until there are tangible signs that the recession is over for the hospitality industry, this part of the dream remains on hold.

Smaller projects such as a crenellated castle wall facade along the length the driveway will take precedence and ideas such as putting in a commercial kitchen and turning the upstairs reading room into a therapeutic massage room, both to be available to the local community, will be mulled over in the meantime.
